777club does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.
You may close your 777club account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of any pending KYC checks.
777club reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to 777club. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, 777club may withhold account balances pending investigation.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 777club may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 777club Platform, you should first contact our customer support team. 777club aims to resolve all complaints within five business days. For complex disputes, resolution may take up to 28 days. All dispute decisions made by 777club following a thorough investigation are final.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 777club's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the outcome recorded in 777club's server logs shall be the definitive record. Players may request a review of a specific game round by contacting support with the relevant game round ID and date/time of the disputed round.
777club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the 777club Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
